◆Features

The rotor pump can be used as a high viscosity materials delivery pump. In conjunction with reasonable driving torque, its unique working principle can ensure that the rotor pump will convey materials continuously without stopping and the performance will not be damaged when the materials are being conveyed. The viscosity of the medium conveyed is up to 10,00,00CP and liquid materials with a solid content of 55% can be conveyed.


◆Technical advantages

It adopts externally mounted dynamic and static mechanical seals. It can be subject to direct water washing. Resistant to high pressure, it will not easily wear and has no leakage.

The pump impeller is separate from the transmission gear, and certain space is kept between all parts in the pump cavity to ensure that they do not contact each other. It has such advantages as no wear, low noise, good reliability, long service life, energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Rotor-pump

Rotor pump is also called colloid pump, trefoil pump, sole pump, etc. It produces suction (vacuum degree) at the inlet during the rotation of two rotors (teeth quantity: 2-4 teeth) rotating synchronously in reverse directions, so as to suck the conveyed materials.

The two rotors divide the pump cavity into several chambers and run in the sequence of a→b→c→d. When the media run to position a, only chamber I is filled with the media. When the media reach position b, chamber B encloses some of them. When the media reach position c, chamber A also encloses some of them. When the media reach position d, chambers A, B will connect with chamber II, and the media will be conveyed to the discharging vent. The media will be continuously conveyed through the above repeated operations.

In order to make the rotor pump achieve perfect operation effects, please pay attention to the followings during model selection:

◆Chemical properties of conveyed media;

◆Viscosity and temperature of conveyed media (-20~150℃, maximum sterilizing temperature 180℃);

◆Actual delivery lift, pressure and flow of media;

◆Solid content and particle size in media;

◆Does it necessary to equip the pump with a cooling or heating device.
